What is that chathead I see when I open my messenger camera?

Whenever I open the camera on my messenger I see a chathead of a person. I visited her Facebook profile few days ago. I don't like her to notice me or know that I'm taking a look at her Facebook profile. Did she? And again what's that chathead all about?

Could you post a screen shot of the icon you are seeing? I'm not familiar with that, but to be safe, in the meantime you can clear cache for facebook and messenger and see if that helps solve this problem.
