How much finger pressure can a LCD screen withstand?

I'm not talking about AMOLED, I'm talking about specifically IPS LCD. How much finger pressure can the screen withstand before the ACTUAL LCD breaks? Is it even possible by using finger? I'm not talking about the glass but the actual LCD itself. And if you do it repeatedly, does it weaken the screen making it more prone to cracking?

This is more of a curiosity question.

Moderate pressure shouldn't damage it, but pushing really hard can cause damage to an lcd.
It also varies according to the protection glass on it (gorilla glass 4,3,2 etc).
