Dropped Phone in Water Stuck at Logo

[AC Question]

I dropped my phone in sea water then soaked it in 91 percent alcohol. I then dried it in rice for 3 days but when I turned it on water was under the screen and the it stayed at the logo. The background was screwed up too. Please help! I really need the phone.
