Why do I have Mobile Tracker on my phone??

[AC Question]

I don't recall seeing MobileTracker on my phone before now. I don't know if it's malware or even a necessary app! I want to delete or stop it but don't know if it would mess my phone up!!?!! It's a Samsung Galaxy
