So many issues with my M9 after software update. Now I can't back up any of my files.

It's been a few months since I've upgraded my software to 4.19.1500.1 and ever since this update, my phone has been:

1. Slow and laggy
2. Won't open Google Play or update any apps
3. Won't sync Gmail
4. Won't back up my files

I've tried clearing the Google Play and Google Play Services cache, uninstalling the updates, restarting, and the issue remains. At this point I'm thinking of just factory resetting my phone but backing up doesn't work either. Nothing happens when I click "Back Up'. This is really frustrating. Any ideas will be super helpful. Thanks!
