Why are the malware apps not uninstalling from Samsung Grand Neo I9060i?

I downloaded an app that installed other malware apps that keep bringing pop-up ads every minute i connect to the internet.
I have tried rooting the phone, using malware proctection apps, antivirus programs but still got the problem.
I rooted the device via Kingo root, tried to install apps to remove the same with no avail.
This ads are very annoying as well as the reappearing pop-up messages of certain app that have been blocked that i have to press ok. to continue.

Kindly help to sort this matter out, please?

Rooting is fraught with danger and leaves the device open to malware unless you are really tech savvy! Bad idea.
Originally, you should have booted up in safe mode and simply uninstalled the offending apps.
You could try Adguard or similar, they have a firewall function that can block internet access from all apps...
