How do I move a sound I downloaded to my ringtones

I have a Motorola Z Force. I used to have the "pop" sound for FB notifications but its gone so I downloaded it. It's in my downloads but when I pull up the notification sounds on FB it allows me to only choose my messaging app or media storage. When I choose media storage it only comes up with a list of ringtones that came on the phone. It doesn't even show ones I set for specific contacts. I have a file manager but have no idea how to use it. It seems my stuff is all over the place. Some on SD card & some in internal storage. I can't seem to find or move anything. What do I need to do?

I was able to find it using my messaging app. Sorry.. Should have tried that before I asked. This is all new to me.
