Samsung Tab A Stock Flashing Blue While Watching Netflix

I have a stock Samsung Tab A 2015 running Android 6.0.1 with Netflix 4.15.1. When I'm watching shows, the half the screen will flash blue, always the half towards the home button, despite which way the tablet is rotated. My last tablet with the same specs did the same thing, and I went all the way to a factory reset before sending back. This tablet is new open boxed. It happens on Wi-Fi as well as with downloaded shows. Haven't had this issue while browsing or playing games.

Welcome to Android Central! This only happens with Netflix? What about YouTube, or other streaming video apps? If it's only with Netflix, then I would suspect a subtle incompatibility between the Netflix app and your tablet. Send feedback to Netflix about this.
