cant connect my android to any device only charges

help pls i cant connect my android device to any pc tv etc. no icons shown on notification area it only charges i tried full factory reset from settings and also from recovery i have rooted device but still i cant connect to anything and before this happened phone was slow charging really slow sometimes not even charging when wifi was on i tried diferent usb cables,usb debuging mode but not work help pls

I would try returning it to factory, unroot it. See if that might help. What type of phone do you have?
