was watching YouTube video, phone froze, then WILL NOT charge or come back on.

My son and I were watching a YouTube video when my phone (LGMS330) suddenly froze. I had to remove the battery for it to turn off. Once I replaced it, it wouldn't turn back on. Tried charging, no light, no graphic, no vibration. Nothing. Tried the hard and soft reset listed on this forum as well as the charging instructions and NOTHING WORKS. I'm very frustrated.what should i do?
