Why is my camera not working well indoor?

I already got a New phone and noticed that my phone camera is taking bad quality photos indoor. And when i try to Take a photo outdoor everything looks well. Also when I try to Make video on snapchat screen becomes darker when i am taking pictures inside. Is it possible to solve this problem somehow? Thank you in advance Oukitel k6000 plus

Congratulations on your new purchase!hopefully you are enjoying everything else with the device. Most smartphones today struggle with low light photography but ever year that goes by, they getting better and better

According to Oukitel's website, the devices come with a F2,0 aperture which is fairly decent. Maybe try taking photos inside with the flash on? Or try enable HDR more

Lastly, always ensure the camera lens is clean. Hope this helps!

Photos and videos require a minimum amount of light to look good. Most building, especially homes, are lighted very poorly.

Increasing the ISO can help, but that will affect the image quality.

Your best bet is to add more light to the room. Turn on the phone's flash if the subject is very close (3 yards/meters) to the camera.
