Why is my quiet time all of a sudden not working?

My quiet time on my phone has worked for awhile but all of a sudden it quit. notifications came thru when am sleeping I am a day sleeper. I went to settings to notifications and everything looked normal. Now today it is stuck on quiet time. And it is past the end of my quiet time by hours. Any ideas? I have no priorities set. Only alarms should sound from 530am to 1230 pm. I have now set to always interrupt with no priorities on. And should I have silent power on or off? I don't know what that option means.
