My lenovo A816 keeps completely crashing

The screen goes blank. All I see is a black screen and half the word lenovo. I have to take back off phone and remove and replace battery. Then it is fine for a little while. I tried factory reset. It was fine for a few days. Once the screen looked normal but phone did not respond! Help!!

Hold down the Volume Up + Volume Down+ Power simultaneously for a couple of seconds. You can release held keys when you see a Lenovo Logo. The Recovery Mode menu should appear on your screen. Press Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm.
