Dock is going back... :(

So love the dock... but it will no longer charge. Called Asus and they said send it in

BTW - PLEASE NOTE - DO NOT LOOSE YOUR SERIAL NUMBER - IT IS ON THE BOX. Your warranty is VOID with out it.

Dock still works fine, it just does not charge when connected to the AC plug any more. Plug works fine to the tablet directly so it is not the plug.

they said like 10-12 days for turn around...

My sn is on the front just below the trackpad. There is a little button there and it is just below it.

yea... wore off on mine first few days. Its a cheap sticker. Also this applies to the tablet too... which does not appear to have the S/N on it anywhere.

Great another place easy to wear off. I'll just hold on to the boxes... thankfully my laziness paid off in not throwing them out yet....

I always hang on to boxes. Usually because I know I'll be selling whatever I just bought when it's time to get something new, and I can always get a little more if I have the original box.
