Asus phone unsuccessful root!!!!

When i root my asus zenfone 5 t00j then i remembered that i was doing wrong method. Then i stop rooting in half. And now i don't get factory reset through settings or nor through hardware buttons. Plz help me. I 'm very thankful to u..

Welcome to the forums. You are probably going to have to flash the stock ROM, and then start all over.

Reflashing means essentially to reinstall Android all over again.

You can use ADB on Windows or Linux to push the files. You will have to set up your PC for ADB. There are lots of YouTube videos about setting up ADB.

You already have the file? What type of file is it?
