Replacement RAZR On The Way

I have a replacement RAZR on the way as the headphone port on my current RAZR stopped working. I was wondering if there is any trick to switching over to the new RAZR so that I don't loose any of the apps, settings, etc. that are on my current phone. Any suggestions??

If you are rooted you can use Titanium Backup or my favorite, mybackuppro to backup apps, data, SMS (and other common phone functions) and settings

Then no, as far as I know there is no way to save data and settings without doing it to both devices, the old one and the new.
