Icons on home screens w/ ICS

I found that I had to delete some of my widgets and add them again. You might also have to download "Rescan SD Card!" to put your pictures back in your Gallery. I had to do this, I'm not too sure if you'll have to.

I can confirm this! My pictures weren't loading correctly in my gallery after the upgrade to ICS, so I tried this app and it worked! Pics load up now with no problem!
