Home>Settings>Storage Says:

Total space on SD card is 7.45GB
Free space on SD card is 3.15GB

Application Storage available space is 575MB

Lately when taking a pic, the pic is corrupted. When recording video, the camcorder app just closes without any kind of error message when I press the record icon. This morning, I was editing an XLSX file in QuickOffice and when i tried to save my changes, it said that there wasn't enough space. I changed ONE NUMBER in ONE CELL in the file from 178 to 143. So it's not even like the file size was even going to increase.

I'm totally baffled.

Anyone out there have any ideas? TIA!

1) Saving a changed file requires new space for the file. (You're editing a copy - the original is deleted after the copy is successfully saved.)

2) The card could be going bad. SD cards have a limited (huge, but still limited) number of write cycles.)
