Galaxy Nexus (Sprint) can't make aokp milestone work, help please

this was my first time attempting to flash a rom on my own and I messed it up good. i managed to get my phone unlocked and rooted with no issue but when it came time to flash milestone 5 it went south. after the google screen with the unlocked lock there is supposed to be that screen with the pink unicorn, but instead I get a black screen with a pixelated white line running through the middle of it that won't go away. any help would be great. thanks all in advance.
