Consolidating Music and Apps-Very Frustrating

First off, I have to admit that I was a reluctant iTunes user because several of us in the family had ipods. As much as it sucked it was nice for syncing.

Now, I use Google Music, Amazon (where I make most of my music purchases), and usually play them with Winamp.

Lately on my International Note Winamp has been giving me problems. It seems to work fine on my Nexus.

I'd like one consolidated program that I can use to import my music, whether it was purchased through Google, Amazon, or ripped from my own cd's. I'd like something that can back up and sync playlists. I'd like it to be able to be used on multiple devices.

It is SO frustrating having all of my music "fragmented" and not consolidated.

Oh, one important thing is that I really don't like the cloud/streaming solution and want to keep most of my library on my device.

Any suggestions?
