Galaxy Tab 2, SD Card help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a 32gb memory card for my tab!!! i cant just copy and paste anything onto it via the pc and i downloaded the File Manager App, the SD card is recognised and works fine but again, it wont let me create folders, move or copy anything onto it!!!

Welcome to Android Central! A couple of things I'd look into.... First, format the SD card in your tablet (Settings-->Storage). You may want to also ensure that you have the Samsung drivers installed for your device. You can do this by installing Samsung's Kies.

Thanks, currently at work so will install that once at home!!

Dont know how, but i am now able to copy files etc over.... Films are playing but the music wont, any idea? Such a pain!!!!

I wonder, can your music app see your music? I use Rocket Player and it allows you to designate and scan where it looks for music.

Now gonna get that and try it, i just use the music player already installed!! but it doesnt find it when im on there. when i go onto SD card the files are recognised by the player but just wont play them!

Rocket player said it doesnt support the file on free version?? its only a mp3 file???? so i put it back onto the Internal memory and tried playing through the music player and again it says it cannot play this file!!!
