Ghost in my droid?

I am having a problem with my Motorla Droid... not sure if it is just the brand. This past week or so it seems as though there is something funky with the OS almost as if there is a ghost in it. I have set it down to charge and it keeps trying to access the tool bar, or it will randomly go though applications and open fb or some other app as if a two year old is randomly pressing buttons. It gets annoying and appears to be a battery killer. I have tried reseting to factory but the issue still exists... has anyone else seen it? Lookout says i have no viruses...help would be appreciated!
