Ematic tablet won't turn on

I have an Ematic tablet, which I got around Halloween. Basically, it's worked fine since then. Though, for the last week, it hasn't charged or turned on. There's no damage to the AC adaptor, and I've never had problems with it charging before. Now, it only "charges" (even though it technically isn't) in certain places.

Help!

How can you make it charge? Do you mean by lugging it into your PC?
