All photos gone from the Gallery app but not from phone itself
Alright, recently i was messing around in the Es File explorer app on my Oneplus one, trying to fix a problem with apps downloading images to the phone. Then later when i went into the gallery app all photos were gone... Quickpic stil has them, and i am able to acces them from the file explorer, but Gallery wont show them. I've tried numorous solutions, rescanning SD Card, rebooting, copying the photos again, and so on, but none has worked. New photos i take and screenshots appear in the Gallery app but all the old ones are gone. Also when downloading pictures they dont appear in the Gallery app anymore. This is especially annoying since when trying to text pictures via sms, messenger etc. the apps choose Gallery as the photos app.
Is there any other way to fix this? or another solution would be if i could change the standard photos app to Quickpic instead of the Gallery app. But i haven't been able to figure out how to do this either.
