Why isn't my call history log being stored?

Call history log not being stored

Hey guys

I had an S4 mini stolen but had a backup using kies which I loaded into the new S4 mini in October.
Ever since it's only showing my call history of before October and the one of today and yesterday which gets gradually deleted to only show 'pre-october stuff, today and yesterday' .

I tried deleted all the history via Delete / Select all however it reappeared after a restart .

How can I delete it fully?

I tried deleted all the history via Delete / Select all however it reappeared after a restart . I tried from Settings / Application manager / Logs provider / delete cache - but it came back again the next day.

I desperately need your help !!
