I accidentally removed system files from my phone, how do I get them back?

I accidentally removed system files from my phone

I accidentally removed all system files on my Android device. I originally wanted to format my phone via recovery but I could not start it, so I plugged it to my computer.

I don't know why, but my computer asked me to format the device (my phone) so I though it will format only APK files like Facebook, YouTube and stuff like that (you know what i mean), but it formatted and removed all files on the phone. It was empty when I opened it, and after that I could not even turn on my phone or go to recovery.

Can you help me what to do? My phone is Fly Quad Miracle 2 IQ442

It sounds like you may need to flash to factory. You may want to ask how to flash to factory.that would restore all your files.

I am not familiar with that phone .I would imagine the process would be similar.

1. go to settings
2.go to Back up & reset
3. Factory data reset

you will lose all pics and contacts so try and back them up
