Since I changed the sim card of my phone and after rebooting the device, it shows a lock page giving me an error message. How can I get past this?

i changed the sim card of my phone and after rebooting the device, it shows a lock page saying

my phone is only a zh&k (local brand).i changed the sim card of my phone and after rebooting the device, it shows a lock page saying " please enter privacy protection password to unlock". this page don't have Google log in method even. please help me out....

The phone probably has very modified Android code - Android doesn't do that. I think you're going to have to get local help (someone familiar with the phone) or contact the manufacturer. (They have a Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ZhkMobile).

(Another thought - did you get the SIM card from someone else? If so, ask them for the SIM's password.)
