Why can't I access the keyboard?

Can't access keyboard

at first I had a few letters at the bottom row that would not work so iused touch screen to use the letters and now all my keyboard is on screen I want my keyboard back please help

I'm not fully understanding what you are trying to do. Is your keyboard showing on the screen? If it is, are you able to press any keys to type?

If the keyboard is showing but you can't press anything, then it's likely a bad panel. The touch screen is damaged and needs to be replaced.
