Somehow my legacy folder got deleted and now everything on my phone crashes

My legacy folder got deleted and now I can't use any apps, I can't download anything or open any system apps is there a way to fix or am I done for?

Legacy folder?

It sounds as if you deleted a folder that contains some system information. Copy off any important files, then reflash the ROM.

I have CM 11 installed On my S5 Sport and on the CM site there is only CM 12.1 and up I can't flash any of those on my phone ice tried it just won't work so how would I flash it?
