Why isn't my volume sounding for text or alarms?

My volume isnt sounding for text or alarms

I didnt turn off volumes are on but no sound when receive message or when alarm is to sound

Go into system settings - sounds. Make sure the volumes are set to the appropriate levels. Also, be sure to check the alarm and messaging apps and check the volume settings within those.
