How can I get the Snap chat front camera working on my Sony T3?

Snap chat front camera not working Sony T3

I got her a Sony Experia t3 cause she wouldnt stop going on about having snapchat. But she said the front and rear cameras are not working in it would just crash and when she clicks on the button to turn camera around it stays on the back camera.

Now as a new phone i didnt expect to be told by sony clear cache apps but did that anyway but still nothing the front camera wont switch at all the phone has all the updates and where in the uk if makes any different on o2 network.


And yes specs of phone cleary states a 1.1MP front facing camera so im getting me head chewed off here for it not working help me out guys and yes she did a full factory reset. I here this may be a issue with the latest andriod

Welcome to Android Central.

Have you tried Safe Mode, which will test whether a third-party app may be causing trouble? If the problem stops in Safe Mode, you will have to identify and uninstall the app responsible.
Otherwise, the phone may be faulty, in which case, return it.
