how can i change the program that opens a clicked link from browser

When I clicked on a link from my browser I got a pop-up that said "OPEN WITH" and I accidentally pushed "always" which I don't want to use always, is there a way to change this setting?

You need to clear defaults for the app that you selected with the "always" option. Go to settings - apps - scroll down until you find that app - tap on it - select clear defaults.
