Why can't my phone's camera use the internal storage?

Why is my phone's camera can't use the internal storage?

I've Myphone a919i HD dou and whenever I take photos it keep saying that photo's not save because the storage is may be..... I can't even take screenshots and I think the real problem is that the storage is being used by some apps or somehow the phone just can't use the internal storage, so any help out there would be very appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to Android Central!

Your internal storage might be full. You can try going to settings, storage, and then look to see how much free space you have. You might want to think about getting a micro SD card.
