New Software update effects phone, any fixes out there?

New Software update effects phone

Just done software update and ever since the phone just shuts down and turns off.when it is on it lags and then vibrates and turns off and have to keep taking battery out and in to get it to work.finger print doesn't work first time have to use number code to reset finger print.have never had problems with pgone b4 and love it just playing up after this software update! Any ideas out there to fix ????

Hi, it might be worth while doing a factory reset on the device. This usually helps after a big software update. Make sure you back up all your data as the reset will wipe everything from the device.
