Why won't the MX Box screen go pass the MBox?

mx box screen wont go pass mbox

My mbox does not have a reset button. Was working perfectly and all of a sudden the picture stick. I then turn it off and on again and it load but won't go pass mbox on screen. Please can anyone help.
