my screen is half static. how do I fix it?

the entire right half of my galaxy s7 has decided to have a snow day. the screen is still responsive, but the display is all static and I cannot get it to work. I have turned it off, and have even put it through a factory data reset, but nothing. any suggestions, or help?

Welcome to Android Central! If it persists in Safe Mode, then the screen is either faulty, or there's a loose connection somewhere. Bring it to a repair shop, or contact Samsung if it's still under warranty. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28008
