Hi, kind of a beginner with the Android software. I was given a Samsung Galaxy Apollo (GT-I5800L). I did a factory reset to start with a clean slate. Everything is fine except that once the battery died, I charged it and turned it back on, but it would only go to the Android system recover screen, but won't load up all the way.
This is what I see:
_____________________
Android system recovery
Samsung Recovery Utils
- for BML -
reboot system now
apply sdcade:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
_____________________
Selecting reboot system just restarts the phone and comes back to this screen
Selecting wipe data/factory reset does the reset, but does not boot up the phone past this
Selecting wipe cache partition does what it's supposed to do (I guess)
Selecting apply sdcade:update.zip does nothing since there's nothing the card
I guess my questions are these:
1) How do I fix the phone?
2) If I need to load a file onto the SD card to completely reinstall the software, what file do I need and where can I find it?
Many thanks in advance,
Jayson
