i had a tp from the fire sale n sold init now I'm buying one that has cm7 n ill wait till cm9 is fixed b4 o try to load that

That's the safest route to go then. I'm currently running [vB2.9.1 Odexed][CM7 XRON-ified][Super Tweaked][Updated 01/03/2012] and it's very smooth and has very minimal bugs.

there was a webos update that wiped out cm7 can i just reinstall cm7 or does that update block it

While trying to perform updates, lately I can get all them to download but not install. I've rebooted numerous times and even Stop the Market App. Not sure what the issue is. Any help

Clear the cache and the data for the Market app and see if that doesn't fix the problem.
