ROM Updates?

Hello, all.
I was wondering, if I flashed an USA Stock ROM on my Australian device, would I be able to access the Australian Google
Play Store, and Australian Updates or US Play Store and Updates?

Edit-Found out.
If its an US device you get US updates, and access the Play Store according to your country.

Not sure if this would work but can you uninstall the Google Play services and install an Australian one, would that work. Plus you can always login to google play with your mobile browsers and download it from there but its kind of a hassle tho
