galaxy s4 vibrate messed up!

So I bought this phone 3 days ago ( galaxy s4) and changed the notification and call vibrate to "heartbeat" after a while I got tired of it and tried to change it back to "basic call", but it still plays heart beat every time I get a text! I even tried going into contacts and making 1 specific persons vibrate into basic call and it still ended up playing heart beat. ):

Tried rebooting the phone after making changes?
