Samsung galaxy watch active black screen

Today I watch buzzed several times and then the screen went blank. I though it was out of power. Once olbome I put it on the charger, but it didn't vibrate or light up. I left it for 20 minutes and then came back to check. No light, no charging status. I checked the Samsung wearable app on my phone it showed connected with 75% power. I tried to power off, and the phone app registered it powering off. I tried to power on, no lights or anything. The phone app showed that it connected. I tried a hard reset (pushed both buttons for 25 seconds) and again the phone powered off, but it still show anything on power up, except through the phone app. It's is now at 100% charge, but still the blank screen.

Sounds as though the screen is dead.
