I need help my play store has stopped working

guys i've bought a new phone samsung galaxy star for the first few days i can downlaod games from play store but now i cant. my wifi is ON but i cant access play store it says "no connection retry" i cant access facebook too and other stuffs except youtube pls help me fix these problems PLEASE :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Did you try a reboot? How about uninstalling and installing the app again? Restart your router?

That happened to both of my S4 s. I factory reset one and it did not help. A day or so later it just came back, on both devices. Very weird but I wish I would have just left it alone and not had the headache of tge factory reset. Both phones are fine now.

I would first try to toggle airplane mode and see if the data connection reconnects - a reboot may also help. If that doesn't work make sure your data provider(s) (home/cellular) is not have problems on their end which would cause problems with data. Let us know how things go.

If it keeps happening for more than a day, I would try clearing cache and data from Play. Go to Settings>Application Manager>Play then click clear cache and clear data.

Ok. Reboot is to hold power until you get your shut down menu. Try that.
