About a year ago I bought a replacement 2500 mAH battery for my Samsung Galaxy phone, hoping a new battery would give me a better – read: longer – battery life.
It didn't.
It was exactly the same.
So then I had 2 exactly the same batteries with exactly the same performance. What to do. I decided to keep the 'old' one as a spare, charged it to 100%, and stuck it in a drawer for safekeeping.
Today I checked that 'old' battery again and to my amazement it still had 59% charge left after a whole year of total inactivity!
If only their working endurance could be that capacious!
