Cache Cleaner Question - please help

I use the app App Cache Cleaner. Every time I run it, I get a "residual file" identified to clean that is a folder with no location and is in Japanese characters....what is this? If I search the characters, it links to something on Google play that I've never downloaded. The location is Storage/emulated/0/msc/sd/scratch1...any ideas?

You can clear cache under Storage, or better still wipe the cache partition in Recovery mode.

It's probably associated with the bogus app you don't need. Nor ram management apps, Clean Master, Battery Doctor etc etc.
