Nexus 4 not showing up on Play Web Store "Owned" Devices?

Just received my phone and finished setting it up. I opened Play Store and installed a few apps. However, when I go to the Play store on my PC browser, the Nexus 4 is NOT listed as one of my Devices. When I try installing an app from my PC browser, I get an error message "You haven?t accessed the Google Play Store app on your device with this email account."

This is my first Android device. What is going on here? Am I doing something wrong?

Ok, after updating a few apps my device now appears in the Play Store...
