I've been having a bit of bother with my new Nexus 4 over the past week, which is really irritating me. I've found that after a few hours of using the Facebook app, it will refuse to load any new updates and will just hang on the swirly icon thing!
Similarly, I've found the YouTube app will sometimes refuse to play videos and again will just swirl on the loading icon. When they do play, you can't skip through the video - trying will make the app freeze up and crash.
Other streaming apps such as the live TV app and the BBC iPlayer will play but with audio only and not display the video.
The only solution is to reboot the phone and wait for things to go to sh*t again, usually after the YouTube problems begin. This happens on both Wifi and 3G.
Any ideas? This is really frustrating and is turning what should be a great phone experience into a bit of a mess. I haven't dropped it, got it wet or subjected it to any other damage and have been over-cautious to keep it away from moisture.
