Google wallet declined

Anyone having problems with Google Wallet? I have used it twice today (Tap and pay) with two different payment options and both times it was declined. Worked fine last week.

Do you have sufficient funds in whatever account your Wallet is tied to?

Yes....they are both tied to working credit cards. When the Tap and Pay was declined, I pulled out the same credit card and used it.

I haven't ever had the tap and pay declined but my actual Google Wallet card gets declined at my university's vending machines. When my card doesn't work tap and pay always works. Not sure what's up with that.

Does it mention Isis mobil wallet? My Google Wallet Card got declined on a few machines that say something about Isis mobile wallet and then worked at a coke machine in the same area. I wonder if google or isis is blocking one or the other from being authorized. Its supposed to work wherever mastercard works, kind of annoying that it doesn't.
