got a replacement nexus 5 phone now i can't get data to work with my sim card why?

I had to return my nexus 5 phone they sent me another. set up phone with 6 month old sim card and it data will not work in new phone with straight talk. I send phone back to Google they send me another phone I still have the same issue. I call straight talk they send me new sim card we set it all up in phone and I still don't have data. My son has the same phone as me so we take his card out of his phone and his sim card works in my phone and i can get data with it. So how do I tell Straight talk what the issue is? We believe their is a provision error on my acct for the network and that they need to to rest the network previsions for my acct and number but anyone I talk to over there don't understand what I am trying to tell them. Can anyone help me on here please.
