Verizon nexus 6 and switching carriers

I have a verizon nexus 6 on an edge plan. Im going to ditch verizon and go with at&t or t-mobile. Since the phone with be blacklisted with verizon, will I be able to put an at&t or t mobile sim card in and work. Thanks

You will need a different carriers SIM card to operate on another network. As far as Vz Edge you will probably need to pay that off. T-Mo will help with that if you subscribe to them.

I have a VZ Nexus 6 and switched to TMobile. Went to the TMobile store got a SIM card and their prepaid monthly service and the phone works great. BUT if you are just going to let your VZ go unpaid or break the contract, they will probably lock the device. In my case, the Nexus was a corporate phone that I ordered and then switched to a Moto X I had laying around. So that corp account is still active and using the Moto X on my number. So the Nexus 6 is not being black listed by VZ.
