Poor signal

I haven't been using my Nexus 6 for a few months and started using it recently. During it's down time I updated it to 7.0 build NBD90Z. I have been using it for several days now and have noticed the signal is a lot worse. Has anyone running this setup noticed poor signal? Most of the time when I look in my status bar it's showing no bars or barely shows any. When I look in my settings its showing - 113 or - 119. Before updating to 7.0 I would be in the -100 to -110 range in the same areas.

I've also noticed my settings app freezing up and crashing. I might try and load the November security patch today and see if that fixes it otherwise I may go back Marshmallow.

I've been having this issues since late July/early August when they had a GPS/Signal issue. I switched to a Note 7 then back to my Nexus and the signal has been horrible. I'm still on Marshmallow.
